Dr Rowan Rustem Molnar has Won Many Prestigious Awards and Scholarships

Dr Rowan Rustem Molnar is an Australian-based senior specialist anaesthetist and author. He has experience in anaesthesia at a tertiary referral hospital level in Australia, as well as internationally. He is serving various positions at different medical facilities, and he is also a lecturer at Harvard Macy's program on "Leading Innovations in Healthcare and Education" in Boston, USA. 




Dr Rowan Rustem Molnar is a highly-experienced medical professional who has won several awards, scholarships, and recognitions because of his hard work and dedication. These include:

Dr Rowan Rustem Molnar attended the University of Melbourne and earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He further enrolled in a Master Degree program in health professional education at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, and graduated in 2014. He started his career with St. Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, and through the years, he has developed a strong foundation in the medical profession.

Dr Rowan Rustem Molnar – An Experienced Anaesthetist and Surgeon

Dr Rowan Rustem Molnar is an Australian medical professional with rich experience in anaesthesia, clinical surgery, orthopaedic surgery, tumour, plastic, and reconstructive surgery, and related areas. Presently, he is the Head of Discipline, Anaesthesia at the University of Tasmania, Staff Specialist Anaesthetist at Launceston General Hospital, and ECronicon Anaesthesia Editorial Panel Member at ECronicon. 

Dr Rowan Rustem Molnar has worked for many medical facilities and hospitals in Australia, and abroad as well. He started his professional career as an intern at St. Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne followed by an appointment as a Junior Resident Medical Officer and Anaesthetic Registrar at the same hospital. From November 2013 to July 2014, he worked with the Australian Government as a part of Surgical Support Team. He fulfilled an array of responsibilities such as providing anaesthetic, analgesia and related services to the patients of the Australian Federal Police, providing outpatient consultations, pre-operative assessments, consultations, and participating in an after-hours on-call roster for services to the AFP patients. Additionally, he also participated in work environment supporting quality Human Resource Management and the Performance Appraisal & Development process.

While working with St. Vincent’s Simulation Centre as the Medical Education Director (Anaesthesia), Dr. Rowan introduced simulation as educational modality, developed and authored a policy and procedures manual, and organised regular participation of instructors in delivery of courses at external institutions.

Dr Rowan Rustem Molnar is a dedicated professional who has worked his way up to establish a successful career in the medical profession. He has always loved to learn new things and polish his skills to provide the best medical treatment to patients. He is inspired educating people about different medical conditions, practices, and procedures and is a praised, award-winning author with many global publications. He has recently authored a new book titled Creative Disruption in Medicine & Healthcare, which covers healthcare practices and approaches.
